Telecom Relay Equipment

The Wyoming Relay Service distributes TTYs (Text Telephones), amplified telephones, VCO (Voice Carry Over) devices, and telephone signaling devices at no charge to individuals that are deaf, hard-of-hearing, or speech impaired who meet the financial needs test.

For individuals who do not meet the needs test but who want to purchase equipment on their own, assistance with choosing and locating equipment is also available.
