Welcome to the Workforce Appraisal and to the first step in finding your new job.
    
 
The Workforce Appraisal form is a pre-service tool developed by the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services. This 3-Step Workforce Appraisal will assist you in making the best decisions about the services that may be available to you. The Workforce Appraisal is simple and free-of-charge. By taking a few moments to answers some quick questions, we are able to determine the programs that may be the best fit for your unique situation. Once you have completed the Workforce Appraisal, you will be able to print your results page and take it with you to any of our local Workforce Centers.  If you are already at one of our local Workforce Centers, you can simply print it there.  Your results page will help our staff to prioritize your needs and serve you more efficiently. Thank you for your time and we look forward to serving you.
