- The Wyoming Workforce Development Council will hold a meeting on Thursday, February 10, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday, February 11, 2011 at Little America at 2800 West Lincolnway in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The purpose of this meeting is to hear an update from Joan Evans, Director of the Department of Workforce Services and Interim Director of the Department of Employment, hear a legislative update, discuss committee work, and review fiscal reports. The general public will be provided the opportunity to comment throughout the meeting, as appropriate, and additional open discussion and public comment will be taken starting at 11:45 a.m. on Friday.

- The Wyoming Workforce Development Council will hold a meeting on Thursday, November 4, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at the Rock Springs High School at 1375 James Drive in Rock Springs, Wyoming and Friday, November 5, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Western Wyoming Community College in Room 1003 at 2500 College Drive in Rock Springs, Wyoming. The purpose of this meeting is to tour the Health and Energy Academies at Rock Springs High School and Western Wyoming Community College, hear a progress report on strategic plan initiatives and continue discussion and setting of key performance indicators, hear an update from the Department of Workforce Services, hear reports from Serve Wyoming and on the Wind River Job Corps, allow for committee discussion time, and review fiscal reports. The general public will be provided the opportunity to comment throughout the meeting, as appropriate, and additional open discussion and public comment will be taken starting at 12:30 p.m. on Friday.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide members an orientation to responsibilities, hear an update from the Department of Workforce Services, tour Eleutian Technologies, discuss and set key performance indicators for their strategic plan, allow for committee discussion time, and review fiscal reports and proposed budgets. The general public will be provided the opportunity to comment throughout the meeting as appropriate and additional open discussion and public comment will be taken starting at 11:45 a.m. on Friday.

The purpose of this meeting is to hear an update on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, review and discuss the State Energy Sector Partnership Grant, have a follow-up discussion of the Strategic Doing Report, allow for Committee meeting time and hear Committee reports, and review fiscal reports. Open discussion and public comments will be taken starting at 12:45 p.m. on Friday.
