Worland Workforce Center to Host Open House
WORLAND – The Wyoming Department of Workforce Services' Worland Workforce Center will be hosting an Open House Thursday, August 5th from 11am to 2pm at 1200 Culbertson Avenue #F. The Open House is intended to welcome job seekers, businesses and members of the Worland community to learn more about the free services available to business and job seekers. Refreshments will be provided and door prizes will be given to a few lucky winners.
Joan Evans, Director of the Department of Workforce Services, is excited about the Open House. "The Open House at our Worland office gives folks a chance to come in and take a look at the services we offer in the community. We encourage businesses and job seekers to come by and visit."
The Chamber of Commerce will be also be attending the Open House to share with clients information about their services.
Diane DiJenno, Worland Workforce Center Manager, shares Evan's excitement about the event. "It is always a nice treat to invite people to the Workforce Center to learn more about our services," DiJenno said. "Often times our clients come to us in very stressful situations and this will be a great night for them to come, relax, enjoy and also to meet with the Chamber of Commerce."
