'Reinvigorating' Speaker Tim Walther To Present At 2010 Governors Summit On Workforce Solutions
CHEYENNE - The Wyoming Workforce Development Council is excited to welcome Tim Walther who will be a speaker at one of the many workshops being offered at the 2010 Governor's Summit on Workforce Solutions being held June 17th and 18th at the Ramkota Hotel in Casper, Wyoming.
Mr. Walther will be presenting twice at the Summit, Thursday, June 17 from 3:45-4:45 p.m. in the North Ballroom and Friday, June 18 from 10-11 a.m. in the Central/South Ballroom. His workshop titled, Reinvigorating Your Workforce, will highlight ways to engage your workforce and motivate employees through a successful management style.
Joan Evans, Director of the Department of Workforce Services, is pleased to welcome Walther. "We're so excited about Mr. Walther's presentation on Reinvigorating Your Workforce," Evans said. Walther, an expert in human psychology and experiential learning, understands the intricacies of leadership and team dynamics and how to tap into unknown realms of human performance. His combination of business savvy, mountaineering experience and leadership lessons make for a cutting-edge presentation that will inspire many long after the Summit ends.
