CHEYENNE - The Department of Workforce Services is pleased offer Wyoming businesses complimentary Labor Law Posters. The federal government mandates that businesses properly display the federal and state laws that support workers in the workplace. Purchasing these posters often runs approximate $130. Instead of buying them, businesses can get them for free by contacting the Department.
Joan Evans, Director of the Department of Workforce Services, emphasizes the value in providing these types of resources to employers around the state of Wyoming. "Providing resources to employers is very important to the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, and the employer posters in regards to the labor laws are just another component of ways that we can reach out and assist them in having the information they need to be successful each and every day," Evans said.
Businesses that would like a free Wyoming Labor Law poster can do so by calling 877-WORK-WYO or by contacting their local Workforce Center. The posters can also be downloaded for free.
