What Does "Success" Mean for Dads?
Success means empowering dads with the ability to provide a regular and reliable source of income to their dependent children. The program operates with the belief that fathers are financially responsible for the support and welfare of their children. This also includes the belief that fathers are more than just financial providers. They are significant role models and lay an important foundation for the emotional, psychological and physical development of their children. A father's presence and positive interaction in a child's life promotes healthy families, as well as safe and stable communities.
