Wyoming's Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) provides customer-focused employment training resources for Adults and Dislocated workers. The purpose of the ETPL is to present a broad and diverse selection of training choices to support employment goals of individuals. The Wyoming Workforce Development Council (WWDC) approves training providers based upon Wyoming's workforce development needs. The publicly accessible Statewide Eligible Training Providers List (ETPL) includes all programs that are currently approved by WWDC for training services.
The Wyoming Eligible Training Provider List is required by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and is the recognized list of official training programs eligible for training dollars under WIOA.
Training providers must apply and recieve approval from the Wyoming Workforce Development Council in order to be included on Wyoming's Eligible Training Provider List.
